1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Noah’s Pressure Washing Services website, requesting a quote, or scheduling a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Description of Services
Noah’s Pressure Washing Services provides professional exterior-cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, roof washing, gutter cleaning, solar-panel cleaning, house washing, and concrete cleaning. The specific services to be performed for you will be described in your estimate, quote, or invoice.
3. Estimates, Quotes & Scope Changes
- When you request an estimate or quote, you agree to provide accurate information about your property and the areas to be cleaned. Estimates and quotes are based on the information you provide and our initial assessment. If we discover conditions that differ from what was described (for example, additional areas, heavy buildup, or safety concerns), or if you request extra work, we may adjust the scope of work and price. Any changes will be communicated and must be approved by you before additional work is performed.

We are properly registered and insured and take care to perform services in a professional manner. To help protect your property and allow us to work safely and efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide safe access to the property, including unlocked gates and any necessary access codes.
- Provide access to an outdoor water source, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Secure pets safely away from work areas.
- Move or protect vehicles, outdoor furniture, decorations, and fragile items before service begins.
- Ensure all windows and doors near work areas are fully closed.
- Inform us of any known issues, including existing damage, loose materials, failing paint, damaged seals, leaks, or delicate surfaces.
6. Property Conditions & Pre-Existing Damage
Exterior surfaces can be affected by age, weather, prior work, and existing damage. We are not responsible for damage caused or revealed by pre-existing conditions, including oxidation, failing paint, loose materials, damaged seals, or other defects that may become visible after cleaning.
7. Cleaning Results & Stain Limitations
Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can greatly improve the appearance of surfaces, but some stains and conditions cannot be fully removed. You understand and agree that we do not guarantee complete removal of:
- Permanent stains
- Rust
- Mineral deposits or efflorescence
- Oil and grease stains
- Oxidation or UV damage
- Discoloration or pre-existing damage
We will use appropriate cleaning methods for the surface and conditions, but results will vary based on the age, material, and condition of the surface.
8. Service-Specific Limitations
Our services may include roof, gutter, solar-panel, house-washing, and concrete-cleaning work. For safety and to protect your property:
- Roof cleaning methods are selected to reduce the risk of damage, but older or fragile roofing materials may still be at risk.
- Gutter cleaning focuses on removing debris and improving flow; we are not responsible for pre-existing gutter damage, leaks, or improper installation.
- Solar-panel cleaning is performed with care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing cracks, wiring issues, or manufacturer defects.
- House washing and soft washing are designed to be gentler than high-pressure washing, but failing paint, loose siding, and damaged seals may still be affected.
- Concrete cleaning can lighten or remove many stains, but deep or long-standing stains, rust, and discoloration may remain visible.
If we determine that a surface or condition is unsafe or likely to be damaged by cleaning, we may refuse or limit that portion of the work.
9. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing in your accepted estimate, quote, or invoice, payment is due upon completion of the services. If different payment terms are agreed to in writing, those written terms will control.
10. Photography & Marketing Permission
We may take before-and-after photos of the areas we service for documentation and quality control. We will only use photos that clearly identify you or your property for marketing or promotional purposes if you have given us permission.
11. Email & SMS Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your quotes, appointments, and services.
We will only send promotional email marketing if you have given permission for email marketing, and we will only send promotional SMS/text marketing if you have given permission for SMS marketing.
If you agree to receive promotional SMS messages, you understand and agree that:
- You may receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Noah’s Pressure Washing Services.
- Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency may vary.
- You can reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
12. Liability & Insurance
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Noah’s Pressure Washing Services and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the services provided.
Our total liability for any claim related to the services provided will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a higher amount is required by law.
13. California Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a concern or dispute arises, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in the appropriate state or local courts located in or near Yuba City, California, unless another location is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
